Event Code of Conduct

Our events are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.

Expected Behavior

Respect: Treat everyone with respect and consideration, valuing a diversity of views and opinions.

Inclusivity: Engage in an inclusive and welcoming manner, ensuring all voices are heard.

Safety: Report any unsafe situations or behavior to event organizers immediately.

Unacceptable Behavior

Harassment: Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form will not be tolerated.

Disruption: Disruptive behavior that interferes with the event or others’ participation.

Inappropriate Conduct: Inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome sexual attention, or other forms of non-consensual behavior.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior Participants asked to stop any inappropriate behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the event organizers may take any action deemed appropriate, including warning the offender, expulsion from the event without a refund, and exclusion from future events.

Reporting Unacceptable Behavior If you are subjected to or witness unacceptable behavior, please notify an event organizer as soon as possible. All reports will be handled in confidence.
